Stress Release Workshop

In this workshop, we'll look at yoga: through physical postures, breath work, mindfulness, and gentle meditations, to help with the management of overwhelming or day-to-day stress. Whether your job, home life, relationship(s), loss, or any number of other factors are the culprit, yoga has tools to combat and alleviate symptoms of stress.

Mats and props available. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Open to all experience levels.

Yoga Meet and Greet

Yoga with Katie Wilson coming to the Eastport Youth Center Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. The Meet and Greet is a chance to meet the instructor and ask questions about yoga.
