In this workshop, we'll look at yoga: through physical postures, breath work, mindfulness, and gentle meditations, to help with the management of overwhelming or day-to-day stress. Whether your job, home life, relationship(s), loss, or any number of other factors are the culprit, yoga has tools to combat and alleviate symptoms of stress.
